We encourage every client to make a Will and to keep that Will up to date. In today’s society, where family structures are often complicated, the need is even greater. The Will maker or their partner may have children from more than one relationship and we can offer advice as to how to protect the interests of those concerned. Tax issues need also to be taken into account in order to protect the assets for the family.

We handle administration of estates after a death and as with our other services, we will set out for you at the outset the way in which our charges are calculated. Our aim is always to deal with all matters sympathetically and efficiently.
