Duncan Needham deals regularly with the Official Receivers Office and insolvency practitioners in the Northampton area. He has acted for many companies and individuals who have had financial problems and receives introductions from clients that he has helped in the past, accountants, bank managers and other local solicitors. He has been involved in Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Company Voluntary Arrangements, the majority of which have been successful.
