Employers

We offer a general employment advice service which can be used for guidance on any employment matters. Clients find it useful to discuss issues before taking action and often find that a short telephone call beforehand can avoid potential problems later. We can also advise on the appointment of staff and preparation of employment contracts and can appear in cases which do reach the Employment Tribunal.

Employees

We provide a full service to employees. We can advise on employment contracts from the employee’s point of view and give guidance and assistance throughout employment and on termination of employment we can advise on claims. Matters covered include disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination and unfair dismissal. We provide advice on settlement and can appear before tribunals. A no win no fee service may be available.
