Our Commercial Property team consists of Richard Engel and Helen Carville.

We act for a number of commercial property developers and investors. We offer a full service from the purchase of a small shop to the development of large industrial and commercial units. Whether freehold or leasehold, we are able to deal with the conveyancing on your behalf to include dealings with lenders providing financial assistance. In addition we provide a full land law service and can advise on boundary disputes and covenants affecting ownership.

We also deal with general Landlord and Tenant legal matters including dilapidation claims, rent reviews, termination and renewal of business tenancies.
