EMPLOYMENT
We act for both employers and employees on all matters relating to employment. The employment team is Richard Engel, Helen Carville and Debra Finlay.
Employees
We provide a full service to employees. We can advise on employment contracts from the employee’s point of view and give guidance and assistance throughout employment. On termination we can advise on claims. Matters covered include disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination and unfair dismissal. We provide advice on settlement and can appear before tribunals. A no win no fee service may be available.
